"I do want you to know that before and
after listening to the demo
I checked my blood pressure
and my pressure went down 30
points, upper number, and
10 points for the lower number."

Grab your headphones and start the demo by clicking on "Introduction" in the video player below. Use the vertical slider on the right of the player to display more tracks. Use the horizontal slider to adjust volume.
TIPS TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS DEMO:
Headphones are recommended for best results. They focus the sound and help to shield distracting noises.
Listen to the Introduction first. Then try a few samples and try to find the rate most comfortable for you. This is where you would start in the program.
The breathing rates you see posted (bpm = breaths per minute) apply to the full 15 minute track. The reduction that takes place during the samples is very slight as they cover only the first two minutes or so.
The final pair of samples are from sets 2 and 3. All the tracks on sets 2 & 3 run steadily at the target rate of 6 bpm shown to produce maximum benefits. These final samples run a little longer to give you a better idea of the effect.
Think of the breathing prompts as cues for when to START inhaling and exhaling. You'll notice that the sounds fade out quickly but you can continue inhaling or exhaling as long as you wish until the next cue. The figure below demonstrates this. The dark shaded area is the audio signal and the light blue area represents a typical breath:

The sounds are abbreviated to allow for personal variations in breathing and to keep the sounds from intruding on the music as much as possible.
If your connection speed does not allow "streaming" of the video tracks without interruption, or if you prefer audio only, use the music player below. If you still get interruptions wait until you see that the sample is completely downloaded (indicated when the blue status bar in the player stops). This may take several minutes. Now start the player fresh and it will play smoothly.
Any sound defects are due to the compression used for online audio and video. Breatheasy downloadable mp3 tracks are near CD-quality (160 kbps) hi-fi stereo.
The demo is not designed or expected to produce noticeable effects on your blood pressure. It offers short samples of the Breatheasy music tracks as an introduction to the method. However, we have been pleasantly surprised by the number of people reporting actual drops in blood pressure just from a few minutes with the demo.
"Thank you so much for the personal service! I have to tell you that I tried the free demo on your website and noticed an immediate reduction in my blood pressure. The lowered pressure lasted well into the next day."
